being roasted daily. We are a small batch roaster, which allows us to ensure each batch is roasted perfectly, and consistently. BLENDS COSTA D'ORO: A mild, smooth coffee with a sweet caramel finish. No bitter after-taste. Our most popular coffee - Bronze medal winner, capucino class, Sydney Royal Fine Food Show 2010.
BELLISSIMO: A darker roast, strong and full-bodied with smooth silky aftertaste. PORTOFINO: An Italian roast yielding a smooth, strong espresso with a cherry aftertaste. SUPREME: A medium roasted coffee with a rich flavour and creamy aftertaste. SEATTLE: A medium to dark roast, high in caffeine and a great kick starter for breakfast. ETHIOPIAN ORGANIC: A certified organic single origin coffee with highly fragrant aromas of sweet berries and a beautiful lingering fruit and floral aftertaste. Like an excellent wine, this richly fragrant coffee lives up to it's 16th century name as the 'Wine of Araby'. Fair Trade Certified. PAPUA NEW GUINEA ORGANIC: A certified organic single origin coffee with a soft malt flavour and an aromatic tropical fruit aftertaste. It is a light-medium coffee well suited for use in a coffee plunger however it also performs very well as an espresso style coffee. Certified Organic.
COLOMBIAN MOUNTAIN WATER DECAF: A medium roasted coffee with a nutty sweetness and without the caffeine. Produced using the colombian water method of decafeinating. Rainforest Alliance.
ZAMBIAN TERRANORA: A highly sought-after single origin coffee that is world renowned for it's distinctive cocoa richness and African sweet berry notes. This is a medium-dark, full bodied coffee with a rich and creamy mocha flavour well suited for any brewing style. Rainforest Alliance.
COSTA RICA TARRAZU: From the La Lapa Estate in the Tarrazu valley - home of some of the world's best coffee. With sweet chocolate tones, a light to medium velvety body and a fruity aroma resembling sweet nectarine. Lower in caffeine than all our other coffees with the exception of Decaf. BRAZILIAN: A smooth coffee with a medium body and a hint of sweet caramel. Fair trade certified. MINAS: The single origin coffee traditionally used for brewing coffee in the Turkish way.
